Q: What size dance floor do I need to hire? A: There are quite a few factors to think about when hiring a dance floor. How much space you have available at the venue, the number of guests attending your function and the style of dancing will all determine what size floor you will require. If you had 50 guests attending your event, we would recommend a 12ft x 12ft floor as we know not all of your guests would dance at the same time. It's always worth asking one of our team to assist working out a good size floor for your party.
Q: What style of dance floor would suit my event the best? A: If indoors, you can choose any of our floors. The Wooden dance floor is great for ballroom dancing and larger dance events but the pure white or black starlit floors are perfect for weddings and corporate events. Budget often plays a part in your decision but fortunately we have 11 styles of flooring to choose from, so there plenty of choice at both ends of the price spectrum.
Q: Would you install our floor and take it away after the event? A: Yes, we do. Our prices include installation and collection. We work around the clock so no matter what time your event is, we will arrive at an arranged time, install your floor and come back after the event and take it away.
Q: How do I make a booking? A: It's ever so easy, either send us an email with all your details or give us a call and we will take this over the phone. We will fill out a booking form and email this over to you. Once you have checked that all of the information is correct and you are happy to proceed just sign the form and email it back to us.
Q: Do I have to pay for my booking upfront? A: No, we would ask for a 30% deposit (non refundable) at the point of booking. The remainder balance would be due 2 weeks before your event date.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? You can always change your order (subject to availability) but if you are downsizing we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund as we have reserved stock just for your event. If you cancel your order, you would lose your deposit and depending on how close the event date is, you may have to pay part or the full balance. terms and conditions
